Track your Evri Collection Parcel with 17TRACK

Tracking your Evri parcel has never been easier than it is with 17TRACK’s parcel tracking tool. It’s useful for anybody sending within the UK, to Europe, or the rest of the world, especially if you need to check that your parcel is going to arrive in time.

Parcel tracking with Evri allows you to track which step your parcel is at on the following journey:

  1. Collected
  2. In Transit
  3. At Delivery Depot
  4. Out for Delivery
  5. Delivered

Here’s a list of the various parcel statuses you might come across when tracking your Evri parcel:

  • When you have booked your pick up, but the package has not been collected - Order generated
  • When your shipment is being sorted at a national hub - Sorted at national hub / Hub trailer via sorter
  • When your parcel has been received by the delivery depot. - Sorted at national hub / Hub trailer via sorter Receipt at depot
  • When your package has been assigned to a courier - Manifested for delivery / Out for delivery
  • When your package is with your courier for delivery between 8 am, and 8 pm. - Courier received
  • When courier will reattempt delivery the next working day - Carried forward

Occasionally you may see one of the following statuses as well. These usually relate to an issue that has occurred and what Evri is doing to resolve it and get you parcel to its intended destination.

  • When your parcel has been sent to the wrong depot and being re-routed - Misrouted at depot
  • When your parcel has entered the Evri network, but its details are not yet on the system- Missing pre-advice
  • When the courier has had a problem delivering the package. In this case, please contact them - Not delivered due to address query

How to track your parcel with Evri UK?

With Evri parcel tracking, you can track your Evri parcel using your 16-digit Evri tracking number, which is the barcode number. To track Evri parcel deliveries, you'll have been given this Evri tracking number when you booked your order. Or, if you're receiving a parcel, the sender should be able to give this to you so you can use Evri track to monitor your delivery.

If your courier has already attempted to deliver your parcel, you should've received a calling card with an eight-digit number printed on it, and you can use this to track your Evri parcel instead using the Evri track service.

How do I track my return parcel?

You can use Evri return tracking to monitor your returned parcel by following the tracking link that you'll see in the email confirming your return. But if you didn't receive or can't find this email, no problem – you can use Evri track return with either your Evri ParcelShop tracking number or your 16-digit tracking number.

How to track your ParcelShop delivery

For ParcelShop deliveries, when your parcel is marked “on its way”, this means it’s making its way through our depots to your local ParcelShop. You’ll then receive a text message or email when your parcel’s ready to collect.

You’ll need the confirmation email or text from the sender - if you have one, when collecting your parcel. You’ll also need personal identification (like a driving licence) or a PIN - just bear in mind the PIN will be sent in a separate email from your sender.
