How do I track my Yodel Package?
You can track your Yodel packages in two main ways: use the official tracking page or third-party platforms like 17TRACK. If you choose to use a third-party tracking page, 17TRACK would be a good choice. Also, you can track your packages from Yodel. Here are the details:
Track Yodel Packages from the Official Website
Step 1: Visit the official tracking page of Yodel.
Step 2: Locate the "Track Your Shipment" or similar section on the homepage. This could be in the top right corner, bottom left of the page, or another prominent location.
Step 3: Input your unique tracking number, Shipment ID, PRO number, or Order ID in the designated field.
Step 4: Click on the "Track" or similar button to get the detailed info.
Using 17TRACK ’s Tracking Page for Yodel Packages

Step 1: Enter your Yodel Tracking Number.If you have multiple globle tracking numbers, you can enter them all at once, separated by commas, spaces, or one per line.
Step 2: Click the "TRACK" .
Step 3: View your Tracking Information. You will see detailed tracking information including the current status, location history, and expected delivery date.
Why doesn't my parcel have a tracking number?
If you've just ordered goods, it may take a short while for parcel information to update in Yodel's system. If you've had your parcel number for more than a day but still see no tracking information, please contact the sender to verify that your parcel number is correct and confirm that your parcel has been handed over to Yodel.
I received a Yodel card with a parcel reference number. What do I do next?
First, check the front of the card for driver instructions.
Your parcel may be in a safe place at your property, with a neighbor, or still with a Yodel driver. If the driver still has your parcel:
If you received a green card, Yodel's local driver leaves their mobile number on the back - contact them before 9 PM.
If you received an orange card, visit Yodel's self-service page to choose an alternative date or arrange collection from your local depot.
If Yodel doesn't hear from you, they'll automatically attempt two redeliveries on the next working day (Monday to Saturday).
My parcel shows as delivered but you haven't received it, what should I do?
If a Yodel driver arrives while you're out, they may leave your parcel in a safe place. For parcels requiring proof of delivery, drivers will attempt delivery to neighbors and take photos.
If Yodel shows your parcel as safely delivered, check your property, friends, and neighbors before contacting Yodel. When Yodel places parcels in safe locations, they take photos. You can view delivery photos in the Yodel app.
If you can't find your parcel after checking around and with neighbors, contact Yodel via Webchat. Yodel will arrange a driver interview through your local service center to learn more about the delivery location. In rare cases where Yodel cannot resolve your query after investigation, contact your retailer or sender for further support.
What is my parcel ID or tracking number?
Your Yodel tracking number is a unique code that allows us to track your parcel. It typically consists of 8-20 digits.
Different senders use different types of codes. Here are examples of what your code might look like:

The sender should have provided your parcel number when you ordered, when the package was dispatched, or on delivery day.
If Yodel missed you and left a card at your delivery address, it will have an 8-digit reference number you can also use.
I've lost my tracking number
If a retailer has provided you with a return label through the "Return to Yodel Store" service, you can confirm the tracking reference from the receipt given by the shopkeeper when your parcel is brought to the store and scanned. You will also receive progress information about your parcel from retailers using Yodel's Deliver to Yodel Store service, so please check your emails. For any other queries, please contact the retailer directly.
